We make continuous modular systems that are seamless scalable. By doing this we improve the quality of your mixing and make better use of your assets.

Our modular systems and solutions is applicable in a great variety of products and can be costumized. The solutions are more energy efficient and increase yeild. This means that our systems can be more economically favourable. Below is information about how the machines work and how they are adaptable.

Inlet

All of our systems are continous systems. They begin with the dosage of ingredients into the inlet.

For the mixture to be homogeneous it’s important to have the correct proportions. To achive this the inlet is integrated with the mixer design and an in-house inlet system has been developed.

Mixer

What sets us apart from others is that the mixer has a small chamber. In the chamber the ingredients are mixed and
processed by a big agitator, which makes the mixture significantly more homogeneous.

Our mixer is designed for ingredients to be easily added to the chamber. This regardless the state of the ingredient.

Outlet

The design of the outlet varies depending on the desired result and format. The outlet is modular and adaptable on request.

The outlet is designed to support the continuous flow from the mixer. It enables the flow to be easily adapted to the next step in the product line. As a result of the great quality of the mixture, some post-processing isn’t allways necessary. Following production
step may be removed creating more floor space.
